Susan Mellott Ph.D., RN, CPHQ, FNAHQ, is the CEO of Mellott & Associates.  Dr. Mellott has over 30 years experience in healthcare and in reducing costs and improving quality in the healthcare field. She obtained her BSN from Indiana University of PA, her MSN from University of PA, and her Ph.D. in Health Education and Wellness from Texas A&M University.  Dr. Mellott has authored numerous publications and is a nationally recognized speaker. Susan is a  Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and is also a Fellow of the National Association for Healthcare Quality.
